The Dragonfly Collective helps young people find their voice, build steady confidence, and develop the courage to turn their ideas into action. Through practical communication skills and creative initiative, we prepare them to contribute meaningfully to their schools, teams, and communities and to grow into confident, capable adults.

This photo was taken the night a group of elementary school girls walked into the first dance their school had ever hosted. A dance that they organized themselves. They brought the idea to the principal. They stated their case. They built it together.
That is courage.
That is initiative.
That is community.
